Volunteer At A Camp Session (2023 Program dates)
Spring and Fall Retreats Volunteer Roles
Medical Volunteer: our medical volunteers work with Dr. Stu Kaplan, our Director of Medical Operations, to ensure everyone receives the medical care they need during their stay. The medical staff can be: physicians, registered nurses, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. If you are considering being a medical volunteer at Camp, check out our Medical Volunteer Brochure and contact Stu Kaplan at stu@campdream.org.
Dream Team: Our amazing dream team volunteers work in the kitchen to provide nutritious meals for every Camp session. The dream team will assist the Camp chef with meal preparation, serving and clean up. When they aren’t helping out in the kitchen, they are encouraged to join in the activities happening all around campus.
Program Assistant: Program Assistants help in a variety of different areas around campus depending upon the needs of the session and the skills of the applicants. They may help in the art studio, office or with general program activities. Program assistants with special skills or talents may also be incorporated into the week’s programming.
Presenter: Our adult retreats have several scheduled sessions led by presenters who are interested in providing expertise on a wide variety of subjects – such as yoga, nutrition, or specialized art projects in a workshop setting. Presenters typically come for one session or for several depending on their skill set and topic. Contact us for more information or if you feel you have a special skill or talent you’d like to share with our campers.
