Thank you for volunteering during the 2026 season at Camp Māk-A-Dream!

We are so excited for you to join us this at Camp this year! This page contains all the information you’ll need before arriving to camp. As always, if you have any questions feel free to contact us at (406)549-5987.

Volunteer Paperwork for all Full-Session (5-6 day) Volunteers

• Sign in to Active and confirm you have filled out the required waivers (this is the same place you filled out your application). Click on the ‘Sign In’ link at the top right side of the page to log into your Active account.
  • This is also where you can UPLOAD your:
    • Signed Volunteer Contract (this should have been emailed to you)
    • Medical Form 2026
    • CPR Certification (for those serving in cabin or medical roles)
    • Medical or Nursing License (for those serving as medical volunteers)
    • Vaccination Records
    • Signed Infectious Disease Acknowledgment of Risk (Volunteers)
• Review our Code of Conduct
• Read through the Volunteer Handbook-Adult Retreats_2026
• Click link to fill out the Travel Plans online form
• Link link to complete the online Background Check (please select the ‘Volunteer Application’ button)

• Volunteer Welcome Letter-2026 Spring_Fall Adult Retreats (for spring & fall women’s, ovarian, caregivers, young adult conference)

Cabin Volunteers also need:

• A copy of a current CPR Certification

Nurses also need:

• A copy of current CPR Certification
• Copy of current Nursing License

Physicians also need:

• A copy of current CPR Certification
• Copy of current Medical License
• Proof of current Malpractice Insurance OR written request that you be added to Camp Māk-A-Dream’s professional medical liability insurance policy

Volunteering for 1 day: Presenter, Pharmacy Volunteer, and Social Worker Paperwork

• Login to your profile account on Active and confirm you have filled out the required waivers
• Copy of License (for Pharmacists and Social Workers)
