SUMMARY:Spring Women's Cancer Retreat
DESCRIPTION:This retreat is for women diagnosed with any type of cancer (21+ years old). Women with cancer often balance their own health care needs with their roles as professionals\, caregivers\, mother\, daughters and wives. This five day retreat seeks to enable you to set aside your daily routines\, focus on your own needs and develop a core community of support. The retreat will include a mix of educational opportunities to go with the recreational ones\, full of ample camp fun and some serious conversation to complement it all. Activities like the zip line and climbing wall challenge you and build physical confidence. More than anything\, this retreat is designed to bring women together to create an intimate space for sharing stories\, mourning losses and learning from one another.
