Winter Young Adult Conference

The winter session is an educational conference for individuals wanting to work as a group towards improving the quality of life for cancer survivors and their families. For 2012, young adults will attend with a primary caregiver with the goal of addressing the specific needs and challenges facing caregivers as well as the young adults in their care. Within the supportive environment of Camp Mak-A-Dream and with professional guidance, the group will share experiences and resources, develop skills and ultimately work towards the common goal of fostering better communication and understanding within their relationships.

Young Adult cancer patients/survivors should fill out the Participant Application & Physical Exam Form, while their Caregivers should fill out the Winter YAC Caregiver application form.
