Siblings Camp

One session of each camp season at Camp Mak-A-Dream is set aside specifically to serve siblings (ages 6-17) of cancer patients. It's a camp filled with fun activities that also makes time to address the special issues these kids deal with on a daily basis. What if you were ten years old and your brother or sister had cancer and received much of your parents time and attention? Is your brother or sister going to die? Why did they get cancer? Does that mean you will get cancer, too? These are the issues these kids face, and Camp Mak-A-Dream believes they deserve a chance to meet other kids who understand what they're going through, and get a week when they are the center of attention.

Siblings camp is offered free of cost.
