Core Staff Positions

Working at Camp Mak-A-Dream takes dedication, and the rewards are remarkable. Paid core staff members must be able to commit for the season from mid June through mid August. Staff members live at Camp during all sessions and have a limited number of days off in between. Benefits include a stipend, plus room and board—and an unforgettable feeling of making a difference.

  • Program Director
  • Cabin Leaders: Four positions—two male cabin leaders, two female cabin leaders
  • Program Specialists in areas such as art, sports & recreation, ropes course and waterfront
