Kids & Teens Camp

Camp Mak-A-Dream offers summer sessions for children (ages 6-12) and teens (ages 13-17) with cancer who are in various stages of cancer therapy. Each session is 8-days long and includes activities such as swimming, camp-out, carnival night, horseback riding, art projects, archery, cabin chat discussions and more. Children diagnosed with cancer are living longer these days due to the advancement of treatments; however, longer periods of active treatment mean missing more day-to-day childhood experiences. The goal of our Kids & Teens camps are to give young people with cancer a chance to feel normal and to build self-esteem, confidence and a sense of independence.

Kids camps are offered free of cost.
