DONATIONS

There are many ways that you can become a Camp Mak-A-Dream partner and help provide a cost-free camp experience for children and young adults with cancer.

Here are a few donation options.

Read on for a message from the Camp's founders, Harry and Sylvia Granader

Dear Friends,

Children are our nation's greatest treasure. It will take the combined partnership of caring and concerned individuals to shape a better tomorrow. When confronted with a physical illness, peace of mind has a therapeutic effect on the body. The therapeutic benefits of a summer camping experience will provide children with cancer an opportunity to learn new skills and develop friendships with other children, all of which strengthen their ability to cope with their illness.

A child with cancer who attended a camp for children recently was asked, "What was the best thing about camp?" He replied, "The way people treat you. The worst thing about camp was going home!" Help send children to camp. Caring hearts can change lives. Please, open your heart. Make a pledge to the Children's Oncology Camp Foundation.

Harry and Sylvia Granader
